Today the UMKC College of Arts & Sciences Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology “Kansas City Community Resilience Archive” recognized KCPD Major Tim Hernandez and Sgt. Ann Murphy for their individual and collective impact on our community. They were among many other amazing people who work to make a difference every day.
