Meritas Health, a subsidiary of North Kansas City Hospital, has been recognized for the third consecutive year with the 800 Award by Reputation, a company specializing in online reviews and customer sentiment monitoring. This award acknowledges providers who excel in delivering quality patient care and responding to consumer feedback.

In 2025, Reputation introduced the 900 Award for providers or locations achieving a score of 900 or higher on their customer satisfaction rating. Ian Rosbrugh, MD, from Meritas Health Urogynecology, is among those honored with this new award. Dr. Rosbrugh is one of 2,446 providers in the United States and 232 in Europe to receive it. Globally, only 0.8% of all Reputation-rated providers or locations have reached this score.

Rick Green, senior vice president of MH, stated: “We take pride in the fact that 80% of our Meritas Health network providers are recognized for achieving a Reputation score of at least 800 for delivering superior consumer satisfaction.” He added that these positive reviews reflect their dedication and core values of compassion, respect, quality, and accountability.

The number of MH providers reaching or exceeding the 800 benchmark has increased over three years. In 2024, there were 161 recipients compared to 139 in the previous year. In 2022, when they first partnered with Reputation, only 34 providers scored above 800.

A reputation score aggregates online sentiment across various feedback channels similar to a credit score. The complete list of winners was announced on February 4 and can be accessed at reputation.com/800-award-winners.

The health system maintains an average online rating of 4.8 stars from 9,813 reviews submitted—95% being positive. All locations have at least a four-star rating.

North Kansas City Hospital has served as a preferred healthcare provider for over six decades with its acute care facility offering more than 600 physicians across various specialties. Through Meritas Healthsubsidiary, NKCH provides an extensive network with over 280 primary and specialty care doctors at more than 35 locations.
