Kearney High School standout Jackson Helberg’s college team won in NCAA Division II baseball game on Thursday, Feb. 6

On Thursday, Feb. 6, former Kearney High School standout Jackson Helberg’s current college team, the Colorado Mesa Mavericks, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Cal Poly Pomona Broncos.

The game took place at Scolinos Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Broncos this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 6 p.m. at Scolinos Baseball Field against Cal Poly Pomona Broncos.
