Liberty High School standout Ashton Maloney’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Friday, Feb. 7

On Friday, Feb. 7, former Liberty High School standout Ashton Maloney’s current college team, the Texas Longhorns, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns.

The game took place at Lamson Park. This was their second matchup against the Ragin' Cajuns this season.

The Longhorns’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 6 p.m. at Lamar Softball Complex against Lamar Lady Cardinals.
