On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Liberty High School standout Ashton Maloney’s current college team, the Texas Longhorns, won 6-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UMass Minutewomen.

The game took place at Red & Charline McCombs Field. This was their first matchup against the Minutewomen this season.

The Longhorns’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 6:30 p.m. at Red & Charline McCombs Field against Maryland Terrapins.
