On Friday, Feb. 21, former Oak Park High School standout Carter Poole’s current college team, the Incarnate Word Cardinals, won 18-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas Southern Tigers.

The game took place at Sullivan Field. This was their first matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 2:05 p.m. at Sullivan Field against Texas Southern Tigers.
