Saturday, Feb. 22: Liberty High School standout Ashton Maloney’s college team wins to Arizona Wildcats

On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Liberty High School standout Ashton Maloney’s current college team, the Texas Longhorns, won 8-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Arizona Wildcats.

The game took place at Rita Hillenbrand Memorial Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Longhorns’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 4 p.m. at Red & Charline McCombs Field against South Florida Bulls.
