On Saturday, March 1, former Kearney High School standout Carson Shear’s current college team, the Missouri Western Griffons, lost 3-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Fort Hays State Tigers.

The game took place at Larks Park. This was their second matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Griffons’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 12 p.m. at Larks Park against Fort Hays State Tigers.
