Monday, March 17: Liberty High School standout Ashton Maloney’s college team loses to Florida Gators

On Monday, March 17, former Liberty High School standout Ashton Maloney’s current college team, the Texas Longhorns, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Florida Gators.

The game took place at James G. Pressly Stadium. This was their sixth matchup against the Gators this season.

The Longhorns’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 4 p.m. at Red & Charline McCombs Field against Auburn Tigers.
