Chester Brooks, alongside two other former Smithville High School standouts, played on Sunday, March 30 in NCAA Division II baseball game for Northwest Missouri State Bearcats

On Sunday, March 30, three former Smithville High School standouts, including Chester Brooks, George Fisher and Sam Wornson’s current college team, the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats, won 8-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Rogers State Hillcats.

The game took place at Bearcat Baseball Field. This was their third matchup against the Hillcats this season.

The Bearcats’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 3 p.m. at Crane Stadium at Tompkins Field against Central Missouri Mules.
