Kearney High School standout Carson Shear’s college team won in NCAA Division II baseball game on Tuesday, April 1

On Tuesday, April 1, former Kearney High School standout Carson Shear’s current college team, the Missouri Western Griffons, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Emporia State Hornets.

The game took place at Griffon Baseball Field. This was their second matchup against the Hornets this season.

The Griffons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 4 p.m. at Griffon Baseball Field against Missouri State Lions.
