Saturday, April 12: Kearney High School standout Jackson Helberg’s college team wins to UCCS Mountain Lions

On Saturday, April 12, former Kearney High School standout Jackson Helberg’s current college team, the Colorado Mesa Mavericks, won 11-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the UCCS Mountain Lions.

The game took place at Mountain Lion Park. This was their second matchup against the Mountain Lions this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 2:30 p.m. at Mountain Lion Park against UCCS Mountain Lions.
