Chester Brooks, alongside two other former Smithville High School standouts, played on Saturday, March 1 in NCAA Division II baseball game for Northwest Missouri State Bearcats

On Saturday, March 1, three former Smithville High School standouts, including Chester Brooks, George Fisher and Sam Wornson’s current college team, the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats, won 14-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Concordia Golden Bears.

The game took place at Bearcat Baseball Field. This was their third matchup against the Golden Bears this season.

The Bearcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 3 p.m. at Bearcat Baseball Field against Washburn Ichabods.
