Liberty High School standout Ashton Maloney’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Saturday, March 1

On Saturday, March 1, former Liberty High School standout Ashton Maloney’s current college team, the Texas Longhorns, won 5-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the New Mexico State Aggies.

The game took place at Red & Charline McCombs Field. This was their first matchup against the Aggies this season.

The Longhorns’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 12:30 p.m. at Red & Charline McCombs Field against South Florida Bulls.
