On Tuesday, March 4, former Oak Park High School standout Carter Poole’s current college team, the Incarnate Word Cardinals, won 7-6 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas State Bobcats.

The game took place at Sullivan Field. This was their first matchup against the Bobcats this season.

The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 6:30 p.m. at Brown–Stroud Field against Northwestern State Demons.
