Regenia Stull has been appointed as the Chief Nursing Officer at Liberty Hospital. With over two decades of experience in nursing leadership, Stull will be responsible for developing strategies focused on clinical quality, safety, and patient experience. Her role also includes leading efforts in recruiting and retaining nursing staff.
"Regenia will lead a tremendous team of nurses at Liberty Hospital, and focus on advancing the practice of nursing and the patient experience here," stated David Feess, the hospital's president and CEO. Before joining Liberty Hospital, Stull served as interim chief nursing officer at Allen Parish Community Hospital in Louisiana. She also held a position as Associative Chief Nursing Officer with Blessing Health System in Illinois for six years. In these roles, she achieved success by improving nursing satisfaction scores, reducing turnover rates, and establishing effective employee recognition programs. A native of Missouri, Stull is enthusiastic about returning to the Midwest to continue her career at Liberty Hospital.
