Liberty Hospital has been recognized as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Gen Z 2025. This national distinction acknowledges organizations that excel in workplace culture, career development, and employee experience for Gen Z professionals.
"Gen Z employees bring energy, innovation and fresh perspective to our workforce," said Thomas Murphy, Vice President of Human Resources at Liberty Hospital. "We are intentional about creating a culture where all generations can thrive. This recognition affirms our ongoing efforts to foster mentorship, growth and a sense of purpose throughout our organization."
Liberty Hospital stands out as one of the few hospitals in Missouri and Kansas—and the only hospital in the Northland—to receive this designation.
The recognitions were based on an independent study conducted in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group. The analysis included publicly available data, interviews with HR professionals, large-scale confidential surveys completed by more than 75,000 Gen Z employees, and input from one million voices across the United States.
This list highlights employers excelling in areas important to young professionals: belonging and community, sustainability and awareness, compensation and benefits, training and career progression, work-life balance, working environment, company image, mental wellbeing, job security, and corporate culture.
